AtmosFEAR IPA

A twist on your standard IPA recipe; the addition of Munich and Carapils will add maltiness and mouthfeel - all English hops for a traditional taste.

3 lb. American Munich
1 lb. 4 oz. American crystal 40L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 68% efficiency
40/60/70°C step mash, with rests for 20m-30m-30m, followed by a 76°C (5min) mashout. I estimated a 68% efficiency, as I have not had extensive time on the current brewing setup.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 7.5 gallons
Hops: 1.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5.9% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5.9% AA, 20 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5.9% AA, 10 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5.9% AA, 2 min.)
Yeast: WLP007 Dry English Ale
