1 lb. Flaked wheat
1 lb. American victory
1 lb. 8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 75% efficiency
Mash @ 152° for 90 minutes.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.070 13.5 gallons
9 lb. Light malt extract
Irish Moss added last 30 minutes.
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (10.9% AA, 75 min.)
1 oz. Columbus (13% AA, 75 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (5.4% AA, 75 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.9% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Columbus (13% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (5.4% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.9% AA, 20 min.)
1 oz. Columbus (13% AA, 20 min.)
