Better IPA

I use the victory malt to try and get a little toastyness in the beer. Should have a good Cascade mouth feel.

14 HCU (~9 SRM)
Bitterness: 64 IBU
OG: 1.065 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 6.6% v/v (5.2% w/w)
Grain: 11 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. 8 oz. American Munich
4 oz. American victory
12 oz. American crystal 40L
4 oz. Raw wheat
Mash: 65% efficiency
mash grains 90min @ 155° in 3.5 gal water. Sparge to collect 6.5 gallons.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.050 6.5 gallons
gypsum and moss as desired
Hops: 2 oz. Cascade (5.4% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (5.4% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: wyeast london 1028
Carbonation: 3/4 corn sugar to bottle.
