This is my version of a "Ballentine Ale" clone. This recipe was adapted from Jeff Renner's recipe.

Mash: 72% efficiency

153°F 45 min
158°F 10 min
165°F 10 min
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.051 7 gallons
2 lb. 8 oz. Corn sugar
2t Irish moss- 15 minutes
2t yeast nuitrient- 15 minutes
Hops: .7 oz. Bullion (9% AA, 60 min.)
.7 oz. Tettnanger (4.4% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Cluster (6.7% AA, 20 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (4% AA, 5 min.)
.25 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 (American Ale) in 2 qt starter.
