Multi step infusion mashing.
Boil: 45 minutes SG 1.050 12 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 30 min.)
4 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1059
Log: Fermentation temp: 72 deg. Primary for 2 weeks. Secondary for 2 weeks
with dry hopping.
Carbonation: Forced carbonation in corney keg.
Tasting: Roller girl likes it! She can handle more than 12oz!
