Alpha King Clone

Based on the BYO clone that was way off (from even their own numbers), I upped the specialty malts a bit and used a partial boil for 60 min.

Color:
21 HCU (~12 SRM)
Bitterness: 65 IBU
OG: 1.067 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 6.5% v/v (5.1% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. Belgian pale
4 oz. Wheat malt
4 oz. Belgian aromatic
4 oz. American crystal 60L
4 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
4 oz. Belgian CaraMunich
4 oz. Belgian CaraVienne
2 oz. Belgian Special B
Steep: mash grains in 1/2gallon 154°F water for 45min.
seperate water from grains, or use a grainbag.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.111 3 gallons
8 lb. Light malt extract
1 tsp Irish moss added for last 15min.
Hops: 1.5 oz. Columbus (12% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Magnum (13.5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (5.5% AA, 2 min.)
1 oz. Columbus (aroma)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
1 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 preferrably from a starter for this high OG beer
Log: Haven't made this, just wanted to rework it to make it more accurate then BYOs.
All aroma hops are actually dry-hops added to secondary.
Carbonation: prime with 3/4 cup corn sugar
