Water: 1 tsp gypsum in mash, 1 tsp gypsum in boil
Grain: 2 lb. American 2-row
8 oz. Wheat malt
2 lb. British Munich
1 lb. American victory
4 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
4 oz. British crystal 50-60L
Mash: 60% efficiency
1.5 gallons of water at 170°
mash for 1 hr at 152°
sparge with 3 gallons of water at 170°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.087 4 gallons
2 lb. Honey
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 tsp irish moss added to boil during last 20 minutes
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Columbus (14.2% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Columbus (14.2% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 12 min.)
.5 oz. Columbus (14.2% AA, 12 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 1 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 1 min.)
