Sheep Make Scottsmen Cream Ale

This is the first attempt at something close to
Vancouver Island Brewery's Scottish Cream Ale.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
70 HCU (~27 SRM)
Bitterness: 19 IBU
OG: 1.057 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 6.3% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Water: Use purified water.
Grain: 1 lb. American crystal 120L
.25 lb. British chocolate
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.113 2.5 gallons
6 lb. Amber malt extract
1 lb. Amber dry malt extract
Add Irish moss with 15 min left.
Hops: 1.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Use WYeast 1056 - American Ale Yeast
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Keg: 17.2 psi @ 47°F
