Light Cream Ale

Hoping to make a light beer that my 'regular' beer drinking friends will like.

Beer: Light Cream Ale Style: Cream Ale
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
6 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 10 IBU
OG: 1.049 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 4.8% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. 0 oz. Wheat malt
Steep: Crush grains and add to nylon bag. Put in 2 gallons of water at 160° for ~30 minutes. Sparge with hot water upon removal.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.099 2.5 gallons
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
2 lb. Rice extract
1.5 tsp Irish Moss at 45 minutes.
Hops: 1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Muntons dry ale yeast (in gold foil); rehydrated before pitching.
Carbonation: Prime with 1 cup corn sugar before bottling.
