Alcohol: 4.8% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Water: boiled 14 litres put in jugs and refrigerated used to top up wort
Boil: 15 minutes SG 1.180 5 liters
1.7kg cooper canadian blonde (hopped)
400g Rice extract
500g Corn sugar
300g Honey
boiled 15 min.finish hops,steeped 15 min.with aroma hops
Hops: .25 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: 14g coopers dry rehydrated
Log: ferment at 18 to 20 degrees 5 or 6 days then rack to secondary with 2tbls of vanilla ext for 14 days.bottle with 1tsp vanilla ext.
Carbonation: 5oz corn sugar
