Always wanted it put rolled oats in a cream ale so here it is. Doing small batches these days.

6 oz. Rolled oats
Mash: 75% efficiency
60 minutes at 149F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.037 3 gallons
Hops: .25 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Safeale -05
