Steep: Steep specialty grains at 160 degrees + or - 10 degrees for 30
Minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.112 3 gallons
6 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Corn sugar
Hops: 1.5 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: 1 packet Saflager S-23
Log: Primary fermentation for one week at 64 to 67 degrees
Rack to secondary and ferment until complete at 48 to
54 degrees
Carbonation: 5 oz corn sugar solution
