Buzzard Piss

I named this brew after a favorite childhood pet (redbone coonhound)
of mine, who I called Buzzard. A sixpack of these will have you running through the woods in the moonlight, howling at full cry!

Type: Extract Size: 5 gallons

20 HCU (~12 SRM)
Bitterness: 23 IBU
OG: 1.067 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 7.0% v/v (5.5% w/w)
Water: Spring water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.111 3 gallons
6 lb. Amber malt extract
3 lb. Light malt extract
None
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: dry safale 05. No starter, just sprinkled on top of wort.
Log: Very simple recipe. Not filtered.
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Dried Malt Extract: 7.86 oz. for 5 gallons @ 65°F
Tasting: Ahhhh! Good booze!
