Tasting: I expected more hop bitterness, but this is a nicely balanced, smooth
drinking ale. Maybe I need to boil more vigorously to attain better
hop extraction.
A very nice brew, but don't sit in the sun while drinking it. At 7%
alcohol, it can sneak up and bite you!
