Single step @155 deg. for 90 min.
Sparge with 175deg. water to collect 6.5 gals.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.045 6.5 gallons
Irish moss added 45 min. into boil
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
1.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Irish Ale
Log: Dry hopping for 2 weeks with 1.5 oz. Kent Goldings
