Super Bowl XLI Session Beer

Yeast: yeast slurry from Victory's Hop Devil (helps if you live next to Victory and know Ron & Bill ;-)
Carbonation: sit at 18lbs pressure for 3-4 days.
Tasting: started out a bit astringent, so not much actually got drunk for Super Bowl, but after lagering for a month it smoothed out and was really tasty.
