Hopewell Amber Ale

I thought up this recipe after touring the Samuel Adams Brewery in Boston.

Beer: Hopewell Amber Ale Style: American Amber Ale
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
27 HCU (~14 SRM)
Bitterness: 67 IBU
OG: 1.061 FG: -
Alcohol: -
Water: Used Gallon bottles of store bought spring water.
Grain: 1 lb. American crystal 60L
Steep: Steep grains to 170 degrees for 30 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.055 5.5 gallons
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
3.3 lb. Amber malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
Use 1 tsp of Irish Moss at 45 minutes into boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Galena (13% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: 2 15gm packs of Cooper's dry ale yeast
Log: Primary fermentation for 1 week. 2 weeks in secondary. Primed with corn sugar. Conditioned in the bottle for 2 weeks.
Tasting: Nice tasting brew. Good mouth feel and alot of body.
