Water: Filtered tap water.
Grain: 8.7 lb. American 2-row
14 oz. Raw barley
Mash: 78% efficiency
Mash at 151 for 90 minutes.
10 Minutes mash out at 170.
Batch Sparge at 170.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.045 6 gallons
Hops: 1.0 oz. Cascade (5.7% AA, 90 min.)
.55 oz. Nugget (13% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: White's Burton Ale Yeast
Log: 5 day primary.
14 days secondary.
Carbonation: 2.8 volumes Corn Sugar: 5.17 oz. for 5.0 gallons @ 67°F
