20 minutes Late

This is a recipe that does not use any 60 minute hop addition. Istead you overload on the mid. and late hop additions. This process gives the beer a very smooth bitterness.

.5 lb. American crystal 120L
.13 lb. American chocolate
Mash: 70% efficiency
Use a single infusion mash at 152°.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.045 6.72 gallons
Hops: .5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 20 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (5.5% AA, 20 min.)
1.0 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 10 min.)
1.0 oz. Cascade (5.5% AA, 10 min.)
1.0 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 0 min.)
1.0 oz. Cascade (5.5% AA, 0 min.)
Yeast: Usse WLP001 yeast with a 1 liter starter.
Carbonation: 2.1 volumes Keg: 10.2 psi @ 45°F
