Deseeded 5 Chipotles added to boil with 10 mins left.
Later added 5 more deseeded and destemed rapidly boiled for 2 mins.

Alcohol: 6.3% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Water: pinch of salt, bottled water
Grain: 4 oz. Belgian aromatic
2 oz. American crystal 10L
8 oz. American crystal 60L
2 oz. Belgian CaraVienne
2 oz. Belgian chocolate
Steep: Steeped at 155 for 15 mins, then ghetto sparged at 160 until it ran clear.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.102 3 gallons
6 lb. 10 oz. Light malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Liberty (aroma)
Yeast: WLP 001 One vial wish I had to maybe it would have gotten a lower FG.
Carbonation: 5 oz priming sugar.
Tasting: Good amber taste when sipped, spicy and smokey when drank more rapidly,
