Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Grain: 18 lb. British pale
5 lb. American crystal 60L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
.25 lb. American chocolate
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mash @ 152 F for 90 minutes.
Boil: minutes SG 1.048 13 gallons
Three hop additions in the boil.
Add Irish moss 15 min before end of last boil.
Hops: 2.09 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
2.09 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
2.09 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
2 oz. Chinook (aroma)
Yeast: American Ale Yeast 1056.
