Make sure you use a starter with this batch. 1300ml per 1 Cup of DME. I used a Light DME for this starter.

Alcohol: 10.0% v/v (7.9% w/w)
Water: None - Have great water out of the tap.
Grain: 1 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. British Munich
1 lb. German Vienna
.75 lb. American crystal 20L
.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 70% efficiency
Partial Mash All Grains @155 for 90 Minutes. Sparge with .5 Gallon H20 @ 170
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.133 3.5 gallons
7 lb. 6 oz. Wheat extract
2 lb. Honey
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WLP001 California Ale 1300ml Starter.
