Apache Peak Amber Ale

My rendition of an American Amber Ale. The color is actually closer to 14 according to Suds. Let me know how it goes if you try it.

Bitterness: 31 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.013
Alcohol: 4.9% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Water: No, My well water is good as it is
Grain: 0.53 lb. American crystal 20L
0.53 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
0.53 lb. Flaked barley
Steep: Steep at 155-160 for 40 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.128 2 gallons
6.32 lb. Amber malt extract
1 tsp Irish Moss at 10 min.
Hops: 1.06 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1.06 oz. Willamette (4.3% AA, 30 min.)
1.06 oz. Chinook (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
1.06 oz. Mt. Hood (5.6% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: White Labs WLP001 harvested from a previous batch of IPA
Tasting: The first batch is still in fermentation
