.5 lb. Wheat malt
4 lb. American crystal 60L
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mash all grains @ 150F for 90 min. until sacrifacation
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.046 14 gallons
2 tablespoons Irish moss to last 15 min. of boil
Hops: 2.5 oz. Tettnanger (5.1% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5.2% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: 1/2 gal. saarter of White Labs WLP001 California Ale
Log: Add 6 oz. Apricot flavoring to secondary
