Bitterness: 23 IBU
OG: 1.044 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.4% v/v (3.5% w/w)
Grain: 8 oz. American crystal 20L
8 oz. American crystal 60L
Steep: Bring grain and 3 qts. to 165. Let sit 15 min and rinse w/1 gal 170F
Add 2 gal, boil, add extract, return to boil for hops. Top off fermenter.
Boil: minutes SG 1.064 4 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
8 oz. Wheat extract
Hops: 1.25 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 30 min.)
1.25 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 2 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 American Ale (after 1 cup starter completely fermented out)
