1.0 lb. British crystal 50-60L
Mash: 75% efficiency
used 4 gallons water at 170 to start, strike at 158. Let set in mash tun (cooler) for 2 hours. Sparged with 4 gallons ~170
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.040 7.6 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (7.7% AA, 45 min.)
0.5 oz. Cascade (4.8% AA, 15 min.)
0.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: used leftovber Wyyeast 6214 (irish ale)
Log: 2/34/03 mashed, boiled, chilled took off cold brak and trub. mixed in 6214 leftover from stout recipe.
