Bitterness: 38 IBU
OG: 1.059 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 5.5% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Water: calcium chloride
Grain: 44 lb. British pale
2 lb. Wheat malt
2 lb. British crystal 50-60L
10 oz. Roasted barley
Mash: 80% efficiency
153 for 60-90 minutes (until complete conversion)
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.049 30 gallons
Hops: 4 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
3 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.)
4 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Split into four batches.
