1 lb. Flaked rice
Steep: steep grains and rice in 1.5 gallons untill boil
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.216 1.5 gallons
3.3 lb. Amber malt extract
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Corn sugar
irish moss last 15 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (9.3% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Saaz (7.4% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Fuggles (5.3% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Mt.Hood (4.9% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Mt.Hood (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast NW ale yeast
Carbonation: force carbonated
