6 oz. Belgian biscuit
8 oz. American crystal 40L
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.082 3.5 gallons
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
3 lb. Honey
Irish Moss 15 min left.
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: Hallertaur 1 oz @60 min
Centennial .5 oz @15 min .5 oz for aroma
Log: Add honey @ 15 min left.
