Mash: 75% efficiency
Mash @ 152 for 60 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.045 6 gallons
Hops: 1.25 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: Favorite American Ale Yeast (Wyeast 1056, Danstar Nottingham, etc.)
Log: After primary fermentation rack to secondary and cold condition @ 50F for two weeks.
Tasting: Perfect red ale! (The big caramel flavor is balanced by the Chinook hops.)
