Alcohol: 4.7% v/v (3.7% w/w)
Water: R.O. drinking water w/ 2 tsp gypsum per 5 gallons.
Grain: 7 lb. 8 oz. American 2-row
8 oz. Wheat malt
1 lb. 8 oz. American Munich
4 oz. American victory
4 oz. Belgian aromatic
4 oz. Belgian biscuit
8 oz. American crystal 40L
4 oz. Belgian Special B
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mash-in with 3.5 gallons 170°F. 90 minutes at 150°F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.040 7 gallons
Hops: 1.5 oz. Centennial (10.0% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Mt. Hood (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs California Ale Yeast # WLP001. (Pitchable!)
Log: Primary for 7 days at 70°F. Secondary for 7 days at 55°F. Bottle and
age for 2 weeks.
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar.
