Water: Use distilled water.
Grain: 1 lb. British Munich
.25 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
1 lb. American crystal 20L
Steep: Steep at 180° for 40 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.098 2.5 gallons
3 lb. 5 oz. Amber malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Extra Light dry malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (5.3% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.4% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (Leaf) (6.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (Leaf) (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Pure Cultures: American II
Log: Ferment for 1 week at 65 - 70 degrees.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.71 oz. for 5.5 gallons @ 65°F
