Better than Watney's Cream Stout

This recipe is the result of trial and error. (One must drink
the mistakes) The original goal was to make a stout like Watney's.
A side by side taste test says this is better.

Type: Extract Size: 6 gallons
Color:
203 HCU
Bitterness: 17 IBU
OG: 1.059 FG: 1.018
Alcohol: 5.3% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Water: filtered water
Grain: 1 lb. crystal malt
1 lb. 4 oz. roasted barley
8 oz. chocolate malt
8 oz. cara pils malt
4 oz. black patent
Steep: steep grains for 30-60 minutes at 160 degrees F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.126 2.8 gallons
7 lb. dry extra light extract
Hops: 3 oz. fuggles (3.5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1028 (London) used starter
Log: Primary - 4 days
Secondary 17 days
Carbonation: .9 cup corn sugar for priming
also added 8 oz lactose to priming mixture
Tasting: It took me six attempts to get to this recipe. I have brewed it
five additional times changing nothing. It tastes great!
