Sweet Mocha Stout

First time doing a stout. Hoping to make my wife he beer nazi something she will actually drink.

Type: All grain Size: 2 gallons
Color:
158 HCU (~48 SRM)
Bitterness: 23 IBU
OG: 1.072 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 7.3% v/v (5.8% w/w)
Water: used bottled water (poland spring)
Grain: 3 lb. 8 oz. American 2-row
7 oz. Belgian Special B
4 oz. American chocolate
4 oz. American black patent
3 oz. Flaked oats
Mash: 80% efficiency
Mash grains 155° for 1 hour in 1 gallon water. Raise to approx. 160° hold for 10 min. Sparg to 3 gallons.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.048 3 gallons
6 oz. Molasses
3 oz. Lactose
3 oz. Cocoa powder
8 oz. Coffee Beans
All ingrediants but lactose added at last 15 minutes of boil. I beat the crap out of the coffee beans with a rolling pin. It's officially called course ground.
Hops: .25 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Pitched Wyeast Irish Liquid Ale Yeast #1084
Carbonation: primed with 2 oz. of corn suger before bottling.
Tasting: We Shall See
