Nuggalicious Imperial Oatmeal Stout

This beer turned out great! Very stout but very downable.

155 HCU (~47 SRM)
Bitterness: 29 IBU
OG: 1.084 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 8.9% v/v (7.0% w/w)
Water: Wal-Mart spring water
Grain: 8 oz. American crystal 60L
8 oz. American chocolate
8 oz. American black patent
8 oz. Roasted barley
20 oz. Flaked oats
Steep: Mini-mashed at 152 for one hour.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.167 2.5 gallons
8 lb. 0 oz. Light malt extract
1 lb. 0 oz. Brown sugar
1 lb. Wheat extract
no additives
Hops: 1.5 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 75 min.)
0.5 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WLP001 California Ale
Log: Fermented with ambient temperature of 70 degrees (not quite ideal), 14 day single stage, 3 months in bottles.
Carbonation: Over-carbonated with 5 oz. sucrose.
Tasting: Delicious! I might up the bittering hops just a tad if I retry this one.
