Oatmeal Stout #2

This is my second attempt at this recipe. I'm using 2 pounds of oats, more dark malts, and a new schedule for boiling the hops.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
189 HCU
Bitterness: 29 IBU
OG: 1.068 FG: 1.020
Alcohol: 6.2% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Water: Bottled spring water.
Grain: 1 lb. American chocolate
.5 lb. American black patent
2 lb. Rolled oats
Steep: All grains steeped for 45 minutes at 155°F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.113 3 gallons
6.8 lb. Dark malt extract
1 lb. Dark dry malt extract
Irish moss at 15 minutes.
Hops: 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Irish Ale Yeast WLP004
