Oatmeal Stout

My first try at a good oatmeal stout that came out just fine; need feedback, so let's e-mail that info regarding this recipe

Bitterness: 263 IBU
OG: 1.084 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 8.8% v/v (6.9% w/w)
Water: Well water; slight sulfer contact; water comes from underground well at 58 feet below surface of ground; not spring or surface water; no treatment
Grain: 44 lb. American 2-row
2 lb. British brown
8 lb. British crystal 135-165L
2 lb. American black patent
5 lb. Roasted barley
5 lb. Flaked oats
Mash: 80% efficiency
Mash 156 F
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.074 25 gallons
none
Hops: 32 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
8 oz. Perle (8% AA, 15 min.)
8 oz. Perle (aroma)
Yeast: German Alt ; Siletz Brewery
Carbonation: CO2 ; keg conditioned; beer was near finalk ending gravity when kegged so CO2 added 40 lbs. 2 days to carbonate; pour at 5 lbs.
Tasting: Tasty; hint of bitterness from the 2 lbs of chinooks; full to medium bodied; maybe lighten up to 1- 1 1/2 lbs of chinooks leaning toward
1 1/2 lbs. never used Pearle before ; what should I expect?
