1 lb. 6.5 oz. Flaked oats
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.206 2 gallons
8 lb. Amber dry malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Eroica (12% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.5% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1084: Irish Ale
Log: With so much trub and 2 rackings, final volume was a bit over 4 gallons.
Carbonation: Carbonated with ˝cup of Amber DME and 3.5 oz of lactose
