Tarmac Black Imperial Stout

Untested recipe contains elements I like such as partial mash, full-volume boil, light extracts only, and no "cheater" adjuncts. Probably my next batch, once I save up some bottles. Tarmac Black is the name of the black color that Mitsubishi paints the Evolution AWD turbo sedan.
