Sparge to 4 gals.

Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.069 4 gallons
8 oz. Demerara sugar
4 oz. Molasses
1/16 tsp. yeast nutrients,15 min. boil.
1/2 tsp. salt 60 min. boil.
Hops: .4 oz. Kent Goldings (5.7% AA, 60 min.)
.2 oz. Kent Goldings (5.7% AA, 45 min.)
.4 oz. Kent Goldings (5.7% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: WLP-001 Cal.Ale,
Slurry from "Warhawk Winter Ale"
Log: Brewed:9-19-06
Racked:10-7-06 2.8 gal. carboy.
Prim. ferm. at 65F.
Second. at 65F in 2.8 gal. carboy for 4 months or more.
Carbonation: I'll prime bottles with demerara sugar.
Add 1/4 pak rehydrated Nottingham dry yeast at bottle.
Age as long as I can.
