Mash: 70% efficiency
Protein rest: 30 min. at 125° F
Mash: 60 min. at 155° F
Mash out: 170° F
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.059 4 gallons
Irish moss at 15 min.
First hops added at 60 min.
Hops: 1.6 oz. Cascade (7% AA, 60 min.)
.3 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 30 min.)
.3 oz. Challenger (8.8% AA, 30 min.)
.2 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
.3 oz. Centennial (aroma)
.3 oz. Challenger (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 in 1 pint starter
Tasting: Excellent taste, full mouth flavor.
