Hard Coal Stout

Don't know if this recipe is going to work. Probably going to try it though. Comments requested/solicited/appreciated.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
179 HCU
Bitterness: 81 IBU
OG: 1.094 FG: 1.025
Alcohol: 8.9% v/v (7.0% w/w)
Water: Spring Water
Grain: 8 oz. Belgian biscuit
8 oz. American crystal 120L
1 lb. British black patent
Steep: 160° Water for about 30 to 40 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.072 6.5 gallons
3 lb. Light malt extract
3 lb. Amber malt extract
6 lb. Dark malt extract
Irish moss added for last 20 minutes of the boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
3 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
2 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
2 oz. Northern Brewer (aroma)
Yeast: Ale Yeast
Carbonation: 1.7 volumes Dried Malt Extract: 2.32 oz. for 5 gallons @ 50°F
Bottle or keg conditioned.
