Laurelwood Space Stout Clone #1

Laurelwood Brewing in Portland brews my favorite stout-Space Stout. It is a GAMBF bronze and WBC Gold winner. It has no roasted barley, which may be why I like it so much. I am not a super-roasted fan. I am only appoximating here on my first attempt. I got the ingredients list from the website, and I drink it often. If this does not turn out, Chad (the brewer) may be my next resource. I added the DME because I have it from another batch and I want to use it up. Otherwise about 2.5 lbs more 2-row would be used in the all grain recipe.
