Bitterness: 34 IBU

Alcohol: 6.0% v/v (4.7% w/w)
Grain: .75 lb. British black patent
.5 lb. Roasted barley

6.6 lb. Dark malt extract
1 lb. Dark dry malt extract
Irish Moss added at 15 minutes

Yeast: Wyeast Irish Ale
Log: Brewed 2/3/07...racked to secondary after 7 days at ~65 deg. Left in secondary for 7 days.
Tasting: Would scale back the amount of priming sugar to create a slightly flatter beer, as it actually tasted best before full carbonation took effect.
