Alcohol: 4.6% v/v (3.6% w/w)
Water: Bottled water.
Grain: 400g British crystal 50-60L
250g British black patent
300g Roasted barley
Steep: Grain bag.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.080 12 liters
2kg 800g Amber malt extract
Hops: 56g Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
28g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
14g Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: 1 lt. Starter, Wyeast 1728.
Log: Fermentation at 20°C for 2 weeks.
Carbonation: Priming in bottle.
