Alcohol: 4.0% v/v (3.1% w/w)
Water: 2.00 tsp chalk
0.25 tsp espon salts
Grain: 1 lb. American crystal 60L
1 lb. Flaked barley
Steep: took grains up to 165 strained and sparged into kettle
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.088 2.5 gallons
4 lb. Dark malt extract
1 lb. Extra Dark dry malt extract
1.0 tsp Irish Moss
0.5 tsp WL yeast nutrient
Hops: 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Irish Ale
