Nice Basic Stout to compliment a nice cigar and for blending with a bitter.

Type: All grain Size: 11.5 gallons

74 HCU (~29 SRM)
Bitterness: 32 IBU
OG: 1.048 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.0% w/w)
Water: tsp of gypsum
Grain: 12.1 lb. British pale
4.4 oz. British chocolate
1.37 lb. Roasted barley
4.41 lb. Flaked barley
Mash: 85% efficiency
Single-Step Infusion at 153 degrees.
Boil: 150 minutes SG 1.042 13 gallons
irish mosss at twenty minutes
Hops: 4.66 oz. Fuggles (4.01% AA, 90 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1084.
Very quick start and will use on a bitter the next batch.
Carbonation: 1.8 volumes Keg: 4.7 psi @ 40°F
Corn Sugar: 1.82 oz. for 10 gallons @ 40°F
I will use "Beer gas" which is 70% Nitrogen and 30% CO2
