Corryville Oil

Here is another attempt at making the perfect pint! I am souring some old homebrew that I had saved back just like guiness does.

Steep: Hold the grains at 170° for 30 minutes.

4.5 lb. Amber malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
Add Irish Moss the last 15 minutes.

Log: Started souring 4 bottles of stout from last homebrew batch two days before I made this batch. I did this by covering a bowl with a cloth and put it in a place that was about 75°.
