Expresso Stout

This my 2nd stout the first can from a can and I had no idea what the hell Iwas doing.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
136 HCU (~43 SRM)
Bitterness: 20 IBU
OG: 1.062 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 6.7% v/v (5.3% w/w)
Water: Straight Cushing well water
Grain: 6 oz. American chocolate
1 lb. Roasted barley
Steep: Steeped 1lb raosted barley, 6oz chololate malt, 2oz Italian expresso
for 45 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.310 1 gallons
4 lb. Light malt extract
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
4 oz. Brown sugar
Hops: 1.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Nottingham Ale
Log: Brewed 2-20-01
Still ferming 2-24-01
