Bitterness: 39 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 4.8% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Water: esreveR sisomos water treated with 2 tsp. gypsum per 5 gallons.
Grain: 9 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. 4 oz. Roasted barley
1 lb. 4 oz. Flaked barley
4 oz. American black patent
Mash: 68% efficiency
Mash with 3.5 gallons water at 152°F for 90 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 6.5 gallons
Hops: 1.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 45 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056
Log: Primary at 68°F for 4 days. Secondary at 68°F for 7 days.
Bottle condition for 2 weeks.
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar (old stand-by).
